Course Description Part 1: preparation of Bidding Documents, contracting requirements, Project Manual, responsibilities of Project Directors and Consultant, Public Contract Code requirements, addenda and more.
Part 2: Bidding Phase, advertising, DVBE requirements, subcontractor listing requirements, escrow agreements, stop notices, closeout procedures and more.
Part 3: Construction Management (administrative) procedures, preconstruction meeting, partnering documentation, change order issues, payment, avoiding potential claims and more.
