Course Objective To learn Basic First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
Course Description A four hour refresher class which tests students on their First Aid/CPR skills. This course covers an overview of ventricular fibrillation and use of defibrillators. *This class is available only to employees who have been certified in the Basic Version 5.0 after December 1, 2001.* The Basic Version 5.0 is a prerequisite for this course.

Student "No-Show" Policy In the event a student fails to attend any class in which he/she has enrolled without either cancelling enrollment at least 1 business day(s) prior to the beginning of class, or sending a substitute student in his/her place, his/her agency will incur a $50.00 "No-Show" Charge.
Course Size This course has a minimum student count of 12 and a maximum student count of 12.
Certification Expiration The certification achieved by taking this course will expire 24 months after taking the class.
