Hearings Continuance Rulings

If you have recently filed a motion to continue the hearing date in your case, you may find out whether or not the motion has been granted by using the feature. You must know your OAH Case number.

Enter numbers only, do not enter the "L" or "N" that precedes the number. For example, OAH No. L2004030067 is entered as 2004030067.

Continuance Rulings

If a continuance motion has been denied, the word "Denied" will appear under the column entitiled "Ruling". If a new hearing date has not been assigned, no date will appear in the "New Hearing Date" column.
