Course Objective
To review scheduling applications as it relates to managing projects within PMB.
Course Description
The focus of this class will be on application of specifications and their intent; an understanding of Logic Based Scheduling; and the importance of using this format to analyze the critical activities, establish what-if scenarios, and review recovery plans. This class will also review current templates within PMB for various acquisition, CEQA, design, and construction phases. This class is NOT a computer training class for preparing schedules.
